Ilan Danial is Chief Technology Officer of Sheer Will, where he architects AI systems that run inside client operations rather than alongside them. He specializes in multi-agent pipelines and the data infrastructure that feeds them, designing orchestration as engineered systems with defined boundaries, verification stages, and failure handling built in. His range covers the full arc of an implementation: integrating messy real-world data, selecting and adapting models, deciding how agents divide the work, and deploying systems that hold up unattended in production. He has taken that arc end to end behind a live AI platforms, and brings that operating judgment to every engagement.
